Sir, i am neeraj from ramsara village in hanumangarh distt. Presently i m working in banglore, i filled exam form for rscit which was on 18.11.2018. Today i received a massage from rscit that exam date is postponed. Sir i booked all ticket for exam which is not refundable. Now i don't know what i have to do.
