I bought regular petrol, full tank, at RKR Enterprises, No. 6, 6/1 Surve Road,
Mekhri Circle, Bangalore on Thursday, 17/11/2022 at 15.14 pm. Both my driver and I observed that the meter started at 3 litres. I was not sure at that moment and with the attendant lady talking loudly at me in Kannada which I don't understand, I did not try to argue. Later my driver said he too observed the same thing but did not object for the same reasons as me. But now we know for sure because we saw the same thing.
