RKSV / UPSTOX has been deducted money for equity segment addition but the request got failed through their web portal (keystone). When I reach the customer care, they asked me send the required document and they will enable equity trade. But they didnt activate for a month and and asked me to pay and do manual registration.
They still have the option to request segment addition in their website (https://keystone.upstox.com/). Which does not work after the payment. RKSV users, dont use it for any request before confirm with their customer care. As of now that functionality is not working Was this information helpful? |
