RKSV — deducted money for segment addition but not added for a month

RKSV / UPSTOX has been deducted money for equity segment addition but the request got failed through their web portal (keystone). When I reach the customer care, they asked me send the required document and they will enable equity trade. But they didnt activate for a month and and asked me to pay and do manual registration.
They still have the option to request segment addition in their website (https://keystone.upstox.com/). Which does not work after the payment. RKSV users, dont use it for any request before confirm with their customer care. As of now that functionality is not working
