Since 22nd September 2023, I am trying to book hotel from them, I have purchased RMV vouchers, but every time I try to book i get false response or non availability, finally after trying hard, finally on 9th January i got lucky that Mr. Vishal Luthria, agreed to book Vivanta Taj Pune, for 11th March 2024, for 2 night with all meals, but i was unaware that this too is a bluff, when in march a week before the check in i asked for booking id, they denied the booking, and after several emails and followups finally i wants to file a legal complaint against them.
