We bought 4 Vouchers including one complimentary from RMV and while buying the vouchers we were informed that all the Vouchers enjoy same rights.
On 13/06/2023 I had asked for a room in Aria Resort Nashik for the date 22/07/2023 however I was informed that I can't book on Weekend hence I changed my date to september weekdays and then i was informed that I can't get for the month of September as September is a peak month hence I asked them to provide with the list of Hotels available for booking and also the dates when I can book.
He further recommended me a date and I decided to select that and I was asked to submit My original voucher for confirmation.After I submitted Original voucher I was informed that they had rooms booked and this booking in confirmed and the rooms will be alloted 3 days prior to the booking.However after few days I got a mail stating Due to some sports event in Pune they cannot allot me a room in Nashik which made no sense to me hence I confronted and I was Informed that you have Compimentary voucher hence we cannot give you any booking for now and if you want you can take booking for september month.
However I was already earlier informed that september is Peak month and then when I crossed question them they went on to say that now My voucher stands invalid since I had cross questioned them.
In all this process I have shared 50 mails asking for hotel details and Vishal keeps on giving me details of random dates for which i hace not asked for and when I call him he talks very rudely.
Wassim the Sales agent will be nice only while buying vouchers but once we buy it he will not even receive call.
They have been runnign this scam since a long time and it's high time a strict action is taken against them.I went on to check the hotels availability with all the top hotel booking apps and the rooms were available for all the dates for which I was booking for
This is absolutely a case of cheating and fraud done by RMV Group and now they are not even entertaining us
I request now consumer court intervention here to help us get what we were communited and commited by RMV group and arrange for my refunds to resovle this issue at the earliest. Also, we reqest a strick action against the companys’ management on mis-selling.
