I am posting this complaint to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the gold membership voucher for hotel stays that I purchased from RMVGroup. Despite their enticing promises, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unsatisfactory.

When I initially signed up, RMVGroup boasted a network of over 25 hotels; however, when attempting to book accommodations, it became apparent that only a limited number of options were actually available. None of these options were suitable for my desired dates despite contacting them more than two months in advance.

Every attempt to book accommodations through their network has resulted in disappointment. Despite being given specific booking slots, we were informed that all rooms had already been booked or that the hotel was unavailable when we tried to make reservations.

Furthermore, our efforts to obtain a refund have been plagued by delays and unfulfilled promises. When discussing this issue with a senior representative at RMVGroup, they even demanded an original voucher which was never provided; instead, we only received an email letter.

Due to these ongoing issues and RMVGroup's failure to deliver on their promised benefits and services, I am demanding an immediate refund for the money spent on the gold membership voucher.
I trust that prompt action will be taken and look forward to a fair resolution.
