[Resolved]  Ro Care Solutions — Kent ro services and products

I am the resident of vasant kunj. I have done servicing of my Kent ro fro the above said company ro solution on repeated call getting from them and my ro was due for servicing. on 10 of Nov mr Rihan ph no-[protected] the technician of above said agency visited us and did the servicing aand changed the filters too and was asking for amc we denied and he charged us an amount of Rs 5100/- we paid by cash. As he left we checked the ro for water not a single drop came out of it he called the technician immediately but he didn't picked our phone nor responded back we contacted the agency ph no[protected] and assured that the technician will come next day but till now no one turned up from the agency meanwhile we purchased the water for daily use and got filled a complaint in Kent RO services they had send the technician on the next while checking he brought out that all the filters used were duplicate and placed in the wrong way. The ro care solutions technician was contacted again with different ph no and he responded both the technician talk on conference call and we saved the audio recording where he admits that he had put duplicate products and next he will come and check will handover the new set but now one came nor we got the replacement. Then we asked for the refund of the money after taking service charges and for providing all duplicate filters they denied the same. So it is an humble request to take them on task in fraud case and kindly help us in refunding the money as early as possible. I am attaching the proof of bill and on future if needed we will give the proof of Audio recording. Next time they should not be fooling any other customers. Regards and thank you
