Hey, I've ordered a Taur 4 in 1 sling bag from the roadgods.com website on 11th of feb 2022 but when I logged in again after few days to see my order status, there was nothing on my orders and I've already paid for the product via phonepeafter placing the product, then i mailed them after 15 days of ordering to solve my query and i've even attached the payment reciept screenshot and they replied that ticket have been created and we will be back to you in 3 days but even after 7 days there was no reply from their side, so i mailed them again and they said we will contact in few days but still no response from the company, then after seeing no action in my query i mailed the company to solve my query or i'll seek help from consumer court, this time they even didn't replied back, its been a month in total and i'm in a great problem, please help me in resolving my query, i am attaching payment reciept you will find the transaction no. in that, please help me in resolve my query.
