⭐ Public Review – Unity Small Finance Bank (Roar Bank Partner)
Title: Be Very Careful – This Bank Is Not Transparent With Its Customers
I want to share my real experience with Unity Small Finance Bank (Roar Bank Partner) so that others do not face the same problem.
On 4th October 2025 at 14:22:47, I made a transaction from my account (Account No. [protected], IFSC: UNBA0000802) but till today, the bank has not provided the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number related to that transaction.
I contacted their customer care multiple times, sent emails, and even followed up for several days — but no one helped me or provided the transaction details. This kind of negligence and lack of response is unacceptable from a registered financial institution.
Because of this, I suffered mental stress, time loss, and financial confusion, as I could not verify the transaction status properly.
Such behavior shows a clear lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service from Unity Small Finance Bank and its partner app Roar Bank.
⚠️ My Advice to Everyone:
Please do not trust this bank or its digital partner (Roar Bank) for any important transactions. Their support system is extremely poor, and they do not provide even basic information like UTR numbers when needed.
Until my issue is resolved and the UTR is provided, I strongly recommend others to avoid opening accounts or making payments through this bank.
