Worst Service and very unprofessional behavior of the team. I ordered ESP32 LoRa Wifi Kit that was to be delivered in 2 days and they delivered it in 4 days even after taking about 400Rs. plus they delivered ESP32 Wi-Fi kit instead of this ESP32 LoRa Wi-Fi Kit. Upon contacting their executive, their way of talking was very rude and they had the audacity to suggest me to use wrong module and as I was already cut to cut timeline due to some reasons, they were teaching me that I should have bought the product earlier. Instead of accepting their mistake, first they simply just denied their mistake and said that it is new packing and version. I had to explain them the difference between a LoRa and WiFi kit as they themselves didn't know the difference. Because of their negligence, I was late for my project submission. If you value your time and money, I'd suggest you not to buy anything from them. And they have written right below the review box o their website that "Reviews require prior approval before they will be displayed". Means they will just show best review and hide the negative ones.
