Rohini Mundra — Online course content - No Value given (Eye wash for Subscribers)

I had for a webinar of Rohini Mundra on Xtraordinary Speakers Academy Masterclass Access with paid fee for Rs. 299.
Post which I attended the session to understand what they had to offer. Had clicked on the payment link and backed out by not paying because I was not too convinced. Then I receive a call from one of the team member the night after 9.30pm or so she walks me through the whole programe and convinced me to take up the course in the most professional and typical sales pitch used. After long discussion still contemplating if I want to invest about 17699 and take up the course that they were offering which will make the number 1 speaker, trainer and coach.
As the sales person pursued me I did sign up and paid about 10K first and the balance next day before 12. So in total 17699 paid.
After log in access and go through the course I realised its just 4 main recorded videos which does not have much of content or details of how can be start their training, speaker or coach career. The videos was a shorter version of probably the full course. Only portion of it has been given to us. Which seems half baked and absolute no connect and learning.
There is no live or any kind of interaction with the subscriber. If its about mentoring or coaching there are no elements of that.

I did raise this concern to the same team member and gave me my feedback that their is no learning the content is below average and nothing new techniques or methods being thought. Just a somewhat motivating talk will not suffice. In fair means I have requested them to refund atleast 50% of the course fee since there was no learning or value acquired. Had to keep following up. Post which a message comes we have delivered what ever was told and we can connect for a call with Rohini Mundra shortly. That did not happen either then I get an email which I said I'm not interested please refund my 50% amount.

I'm raising this complaint to bring in awareness among the other people that don't fall such money making scams. Where people are not giving any value and making money have playing recorded videos which have no learning at all.

Request if this can be looked into and help me get my 50% of the refund. I'm not claiming 100% only because I went through the course full definitely no learning for me but just to be fair.
