Rohit — Damage Outdoor unit while installation

Hello sir,
let me tell you what is technican did after complaint the men that came to first time installation he is not proper trained for this job he damage the outdoor unit fins while new ac installation so i raise the complaint and then the second technician came to my house with no proper tools like Fin Straightener or water level tool
he asked to give him any knife or needle after i give him a single needle (you can think needle is not proper tool to straight fin) i will tell him that the damage is big but he refused to accept that the outdoor unit fins is damage he told me this is only minor fins bend so i tell him if fins is not damage then please repair as new then he told me that the fin is not 100% repair like new (so i will tell him then this fins are damage ) i only want to replace ac why i m taking responsiblity if technician did the damage to outdoor this msg already sent to daikin customer support but not action taken for replacement from daikin side the images below only from bottom damage there are also top small damage fins
