Rohtas Builders — Non payment of Committed amount after maturity period

I have invested the money in Builders Acre Scheme at Raibareilly Road, Lucknow The scheme was that after 30 months either you can take the plot of 250.84 Sq Meter or take back the money of 25.5 Lakhs within 60 days of maturity .My period got matured on 31st Jan-2015 and accordingly I have given the application on 05.02.2015 to them for reimburse for the maturity money .Even after period over and application date is over they are not returning the money to me . I need to deposit the fees for my son for higher education and Last semester fees for B Tech but have no money . Result his carrier can be spoiled due to shortage of money .Since Rohtas is not refunding the money hence big problem.
