I have purchased a avenger 220 cruise golden beige (Met) on 08/09/2016 from rolta bajaj, baguiati, kol-59. Pfb my bike detail: Chassis number: md2a22ez8gce75287. Vehicle registration number: wb06 n2558. Since now i have not received my smart card, and it's already over 18 months. I have aways done telephonic follow-ups, however everytime i was told that the smart card is still not issued. Now when i have visited recently, they are telling me that they have already handed over the smart card to me and i have signed and taken it. On demanding to see the signature, they have shown me the signature which is not mine. I am getting frustrated as still they are unable to give me any resolution and is simply elongating the issue by asking more time for investigation. Was this information helpful? | |||
