Roppen Transportation Services Private Limited(rapido) — Auto rickshaw driver using abusive language, unethical behavior and charged excess fare

Hi,
I am traveling with my wife from Visakhapatnam Railway Station to Pedda Rushikonda on[protected] through Rapido at morning 8am.

At the destination, the amount is shown in the Rapido app is 226/- rupees. But the captain demanded 233/- rupees and said the reason was the wrong route and wrong navigation.
There is less duration between the actual amount and demanded amount. So I paid 233/- rupees through phonepe.
After paying through phonepe he asked 50/- rupees extra for GST and phonepe transaction. I did not agree with him.
Then he refunded the 233/- rupees through phonepe and asked for 280/- rupees cash. I did not agree with him.
Then he started saying rude and vulgar words and driver used abusive language, unethical behavior. Due to that situation, I paid 280/- rupees in cash.
