Roshni_chikankari (instagram Handle) — Wrong Product delivery. And refund initiated.

I had placed an order for a PINK suit piece of worth INR 1899 from Roshni_chikankari (Instagram handle) on 26th January 2024. They delivered completely wrong product something in blue and very different fabric. And after multiple requests they have not picked the wrong product yet nor did they initiate refund yet. Today is 5 Feb 2024 and no response on exchange or return or refund or for any further process by roshni chikankari. Please get me my refund back. I am mentally exhausted and drained with all my energy. Also please request them to be responsive to customers.

Updated by Jagriti Wadhwa The issue is not resolved. I had just now submitted my complaint why is it showing complaint mark as resolved. Sharing the issue again please help me in getting refund.
