We were invited to Gaur Sarovar Portico hotel for dinner and then they told us about the membership plan.
They promised us for 10 year of vacations on multiple locations which we utilized once in August 2024. Today when I was enquiring for vacations I found that the emails are bouncing back and showing as email address not found. I checked the application which is not loading and website says web page available. The company office is showing as closed permanently that was located in Wave Mall Noida sector 18.
I want you to look into this and provide us a solution through which we can get our money back from the company.

"We can form a group to file a collective complaint with the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA), as they are more likely to take action on class complaints. There have been several instances where complaints filed with the CCPA have resulted in successful outcomes.
