Nature of Fraud:
I was approached by representatives of Rossette Grand, who promised exclusive benefits under their membership program, including [mention promised benefits such as hotel stays, discounts, or travel perks]. However, after making the payment, I discovered that:

The promised benefits were not honored.
The company is not responding to my emails or calls.
Several other consumers have also reported similar fraudulent activities.
I have made multiple attempts to contact Rossette Grand for a resolution, but they have failed to address my concerns. Hence, I am seeking intervention from the Consumer Forum to take appropriate action against this fraudulent company.

Relief Sought:
Full refund of the amount paid.
Action against Rossette Grand for misleading and fraudulent practices.
Compensation for mental distress and financial loss caused due to this fraud.
I am attaching copies of payment receipts, email correspondences, and any other relevant documents as proof of my complaint.
