ROTIMATIC — Rotimatic Plus

I bought Rotimatic Plus in last week of Feb 2023. I paid extra for Rotimatic plus as their website says it makes less noise and is power saving. Since the time I got machine delivered to my place it hasn't been working properly. Lots of errors, dough wastage, time waste, added stress and frustration on dinner table. No where on their box or packaging it says it's a Plus. I complained to the company as machine is making same amount of noise like a normal machine so why I am paying extra. Their response was that kneading noise will be same but when it presses roti it makes less noise. I don't understand why would i pay extra $300 to keep pressing noise low which is hardly 5 seconds. They should make this clear on their website. I complained to them about my machine not making rotis as dough gets too watery and stuck. It creates a mess but not roti. Customer Care did a video call to me and checked the machine for couple of hours. They confessed that machine is faulty as everything was clean but still we were getting errors. I asked them to downgrade and send me normal Rotimatic and pay me my extra $300 back. They denied my request. They asked me to ship back my product so they can send a new replacement piece to me. I just got the email that delivery is on its way. The email says they are sending me Remanufactured Replacement machine. I have been asking them why they are sending me Remanufactured machine. I should get original plus machine but their response are not helpful. I want full refund whatever I paid ie machine cost, gst, shipping, other tax and extra for warranty. Approx $2700 to $2800. They should pay me penalty on top for all this frustration and dough and time wastage.
