Dear Sir / Madam,
With an utter despair, I am writing this letter to you.
We had done a full payment of Rs.42500/= for purchase an Air Conditioner on 15th August 2025. We had informed that the delivery would be done within 3 to 4 Days.
The goods still not delivered by Khosla Electronics (Serampore Unit).
Whenever We contact with unit manager, he expressed his inability about when the goods would be delivered, i.e. he is not sure when the goods will be delivered.
Is it a behavior like from a Unit Manager ?
When the goods can be delivered ?
Request you to look into this on an urgent basis, details are attached herewith.
