Details of the case: round sms marekting solutions assured whatsapp marketing to 10000 whatsapp customers for my business and charged me for the same. The database of 10000 numbers was provided by them. They asked me to carry a trial on 2 of my numbers. I did and messages were received. However, when i again tried a couple of times, i did not receive the message. They assured me that it may have been a glitch and hence, asked me not to worry and hence, i sent the message to 4000 people.in the database of the 4000 numbers provided by them, i added a few of my numbers to cross check that my message is being received by the intended recipient. However, the same did not happen as none of my numbers received any message from their end. On asking them about the same, they told us that the messages have been delivered from their end. Even when i informed that my numbers haven't received the message, they still would not admit it. On asking for a refund, they refused for the same.
Desirable solution: refund of the amount paid to them at the earliest
