I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the repeated failure to pick up my Flipkart orders. My orders have been pending shipment since April 30th, and despite these being assigned to eKart for logistics, no pickup has been initiated to date.
I have contacted Flipkart Support multiple times and raised several tickets, yet the issue remains unresolved. Due to this continued negligence on your part, my Flipkart seller account was even placed on hold for two days. This delay is causing significant disruption to my business operations and financial loss.
Despite my best efforts, I have received no response from your side, and I have been unable to find direct contact details for your customer service.
Please consider this a formal complaint. I request you to immediately arrange for the pickup of these pending orders. If this is not resolved urgently, my business will remain at a standstill.
