Complaint against Royal beauty touch, Opp Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta, Bangalore. The lady at reception was very rude and she charged extra price for a service than listed in the menu card. Post this she applied 14.5% service charge without any bill. On insisting for the bill, she made me wait for an hour and gave me bill. On bill itself it is mentioned service tax 13.5% but she charged 14.5%. Attached is the copy of bill. Was this information helpful? |
