[Resolved]  Royal Colonizers Mhow Indore MP — Not Refunding Money

Sir I have booked a plot of 1000 sq feet in Sri Royal Town Colony Bhatkhedi Mhow in Indore Dist of MP on 11/11/2011 and pay Rs 541000.00(Five Lac Forty One Thousand) to Shri Rakesh Agarwal Owner of the colony.He has promised to develop the colony in one year from date of booking, if he will fail to develop the colony he will return the money as per market value of the plot or with 24% interest on paid amount.But till today Mr Rakesh Agarwal not developed the colony and not returning my money approx Rs 1300000 (Rupees Thirteen Lac). In view of the above you are requested kindly arrange to refund the same.
