Pathetic service. Called them by seeing jd rating n spoke to one jahangir ([protected]) n ordered only cleaning. He sent so called technician named wasim ([protected]). The technician cleaned and went away, i didn't check the status as i was with my month old baby in other room. I evrb oaid paid him a 100 extra as a tip. Later after sometime when i switched on the ac the swing wasn't functioning. I called the technician immediately so and told him the issue, to my shock he saod the swing wasn't functioning even before he touched it. Wtf!! I tokd him its a new ac, the swing was working well just before you cleaned n fitted it and the ac is giving a noise now. He refused to believe me n ended my call. I called up his boss, the one jahangir n that guy says he will see wether the problem is from their side or my side n says that i have to change a new motor swing. Wtf again. I mean do u have any sense whatsoever your talking? My ac swing isn't working bcoz of you guys and you guys are bnot even bothered to come and rectify it and then put the blame on me. These guys are just of # and bunch of rude people who broke my swing. I mean how can he say that i should buy a new swing motor and not repair the noise as well? Why should i buy a new swing motor when you guys broke it n made it dysfunctional. I just ordered ac cleaning and in return, what did i get.. A broken ac swing or my new ac and then telling me that it was not working before itself. I hope other people don't get same treatment like mine n i wish that he doesn't any customer and his company gets shut down for his behaviour and pathetic service. I am completely dissatisfied with their ill treatment and their third grade cheap service.
