Royal Enfield Sanjoy Enterprise, Dhemaji — Failed to resolve battery issue and delivery of spare parts

My Royal Enfield himalayan BS4 is still under warranty, but the battery relay issue has not been resolved since one year. It's the second battery that stopped working, including the battery cover the dealer damaged while replacing the battery, it's more then 3 months and they have failed to deliver the spare parts. have ordered the tail light also but no response from there end. I can't submit all the invoices if required. They have lied that the battery relay was changed and the bike is ok now, but it the bill invoice relay is missing. And now the battery they have provided is not working again.they have a history of not delivering the spare parts and bikes ordered on time. They had delivered one more order of meteor in two months after taking the advance and assuring the delivery in 15 days.
