Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I received a call from Royal Hilton Club Private Limited regarding holidays package after refusing many time they were continuously calling me then i have gone and attend the meeting in which they told me about holiday package and we selected a holiday package of amount Rs 22000 for 7days, 6 night and one week bonus.
Amount for package has to be deducted in instalment and they offers me a gift vouchers for accommodation for 3 days 2 night.
I gave them my credit card for payment and they debited Rs 22000 in my credit card on dated[protected] while amount to be paid in instalments when i asked why did you debit 22000 one time then Mr sagar told me that this amount will be divided in instalment that means they fraud with me.
Till now i’m calling again & again for the same but nobody gave response me after that i call on toll free no and also Mr Sagar for package cancellation and refund then they told me that we are forwarding your matter to higher authority but till now neither the package has not cancelled nor refund.
They also gave a free accommodation and movi voucher. When i call for booking voucher then they are demanding for Rs 2400 for booking it means that they are doing fraud with customers.
and when i call for cancellation of packages they did not talk me and cut my call.
Sir,
They are doing Fraud with customer.
They lure people on the pretext of free vouchers and then ask for money for everything. Even they are not responding my emai.
So, It is my humble request you to please take a action against Royal hilton club pvt ltd

Please take a legal action against Royal Hilton Club Pvt ltd. and get back my amount Rs 22000.
Holiday package is attached with this mail, having the details of Fraud company.

We should have got the voucher in 4 to 5 weeks. but promise date it has been 1 month extra, more according to your commitment, now we can't trust you, we are requested to you please refund our amount RS: 65000/- ASAP. otherwise, We will stick action against your Royal Hilton Club. we cannot give you more time for the same. to refund our payment, we are sending the details of our bank account, we hope that you will return the money to us as soon as possible.
