Royal Medical Store — tablet package worth rs 196 is not refund

I have purchased the tablet packet from royal chemist in shere-e-punjab, andheri east. On dated 16th nov 2018 worth rs 196/- with card payment.

But after doctor suggetion, we do not need those tablet and i go to royal chemist for giving this back and ask for refund amount. But the chemist is not ready for refund the money he told mi purchase some another iteam behalf of tablet. But we can't refund your money because you made the payment from card. It is our policy.

Please take strick action on those type of medical store who are harrase the customer.
