Dear sir, im Sunitha Vinodh from Chennai my husband have gifted me new Ntorq from royal motors Ekatuthangal dated on 02.03.21, now I'm totally Disatisfied of our purchase they have cheated as by given a defect bike from the day one bike paint started peel off and lots of noise and vibration how come a new bike can peel off such a cheating, since my husband was out off town, , , , sterday only he returned and gave it for service dated on 25.03.21 In spite of registering the fault, , , , they just gave back the bike without any response so we need the replacement of our new Bike, , , hope you all understand my feelings becoze it's very sentiment gift which my husband gave me as our wedding gift kindly get back on this since we work for corporate I expect immediate response on this totally it's a worst showroom and worst Servise I will never recommend to any one in future I need replacement of my new bike .
