Servicing is very poor -
I bought tvs scooty zest around one and half year back (Tvs thirukkanur pondicherry), from day one i observed back wheel dragging or wobbling between 20 to 35 km speed. And front wheel pulling towards left side while turning. During servicing i reported continuously this problem, but no use, till today it is not rectified.
I gave the vehicle for servicing to another tvs service center in pondicherry there also same result.
What the servicing center says is “technology is itself is like that nothing can be dine”.
A month back i gave the vehicle for servicing, with following complaints
1. Wheel wobbling
2. Some sound on back wheel.
3. Oil change.
4. Regular servicing.
The un believable thing is the servicing center serviced the vehicle within half an hour.
After receiving vehicle i found stud they did only water wash and handed over the vehicle. The above defects where not rectified.
This is happened in thirukkanur tvs service center, which is pondicherry.
