I travelled KA 01 AE 4234 royal travels on 10th August 2018 from Bangalore to Thenkasi. This travels is mainly concentrate on carriage more than passenger valuable time with 3 hours delay to destination. When we reached the driver for the delay they are also very rude with their response. They loaded full of flowers and did the delivery on the way to their offices. We were going to kutralam for 2 days enjoyment but because of Royal travel delay we lost half day in travelling.
Please don't travel through Royal travel they waste your time in carriage delivery.
