His is to inform you that we have placed an order for a bed mattress size 72 × 75 inches through your offline store located in city Faridabad, Haryana on 14 th September 2026, payment receipt is attached for reference.
We were informed and assured the order will get delivered within 15 days, as this is the upper TAT of company.
Post 15 days we enquired about the order status, post our enquiry store team have sent you an email regarding the status of the order but no revert/ response from your end is received so far by them.
Hence the store manager has suggested us/ i.e. customer to get in touch with the corporate service team directly to take the status of order, great customer experience will remember this for the rest of my life 👍
