Royara is misleading customers with false promises. They first lure people through mall coupon forms and later call saying you’ve “won” a silver coin or gift and invite you to their Baner office. Once there, they pitch fake vacation plans and push you to pay token amounts (₹5K–₹50K) claiming it’s a lifetime membership.

*In my case*, I was told AMC/MRC charges were already included in the agreement. But now, they are denying service and demanding extra AMC charges, which was never agreed upon. When I refused, they claimed my membership had expired. This is completely unethical and fraudulent.

I am preparing to file an official complaint against Royara with the *Consumer Forum* and urge others to be cautious and avoid such traps.

Updated by Thedashingdeepak14 Once i asked him Royara about why AMC charged imposed AMC (Annual Maintenance Charges), which was *never agreed upon or mentioned at the time of purchasing my vacation plan*. As per the agreement copy attached earlier, the AMC was marked as paid and inclusive in the package. This new demand for AMC is unexpected, unjustified, and completely against our agreement.

Despite multiple follow-ups over the past four months, my pending *3N/4D vacation trip* has not been booked. Now, asking for AMC payment prior to the trip is unacceptable. Furthermore, during the initial discussions, your team confirmed that *3AC train tickets* would be provided, yet I am being asked to manage this on my own.

ROYARA cancelled my memebership...what to do now.i want back my money.
