Rpo Dehradun — Careless passport service work

Hi,

Its been 4 months I have applied for passport.
File no. DD[protected]
DOB-02/07/1998
The status is on hold for very long time. There was no confirmation mail or call from the RPO on resubmission of the documents. I tried to contact RPO Dehradun but there was no response from them too. I have also mailed them, still no response. It is pathetic and very disappointing that even after so many trials, there is no proper response or communication from RPO Dehradun.
