I am a govt servant . I happen to invest with RPS builder and cursing that day even after 10 yrs. Dishonest builder, cheating the public on flimsy grounds. I have lost my lot of money. Lot of police FIRs/RERA complaints are floating around against the owner and staff who make false commitments and then do fraud with people.

I grade him negative with my interaction and association with him and advice people to refrain from such builders. With the same rate absconding with peoples money, they will be behind bars in near future.

Excess charging and not giving delay penalty even after 10 yrs. Using Bank Guarentees to extract oney from people are prominent ways of looting people. Avoid -100 times if you want o be safe
