Hi sir,
We made the first payment by Feb 2 for cloud hosting(poojabell.com), the amount got debited from our account and it shows that payment is pending for renewal. Then we got an email that the amount gets auto reversed within 10 working days. Then we made a second payment on feb 3 through credit card.
Still the first payment not yet reversed, pls take the necessary action ASAP. Find the attached screenshot for your reference.
