I have visited rs brother koti yesterday i. E.26/9/17. For dasshera shopping bill is around 11k while the billing process cashier never asked me my membership number he simply settled my bill without adding my points.
Immediately i have asked him why u have not added points in my membership number, so that person gave me a stupid reply saying that as it is busy i have not taken your number (This is not the way how he suppose to answer) it's the cashier duty to check the membership number to everyone, as i started asking him to add points he said will update later, i'm a very loyal customers to rs brothers that's the reason i have not said a single word to that person and came out from that shop

Really got upset with the cashier yesterday
