The is a complaint as well as feedback.
Journey date : 23/12/2016
I never had such a bad experience while travelling.
Bus was scheduled to depart at 6:30 pm. But bus arrived at 9:30 pm, 3 hours.
Bus was expected a volvo as in the ticket. But the bus was a low class. It was not volvo.
Leg spacing in the seats was poor.
Ac went was broken
No charger
No lcd.
The customer care executive: rajni (Phone number: [protected]) was rude, and stopped picking up the calls when we inquired about bus being late.
The same bus tickets were solved at rs 800 by indoexpress who's bus we were allocated. And we were charged 1400 for the same bus.
The bus was also challan'ed for the same misdoing by police in jammu. As some passengers complained about the price (They were charged 1800 for the same ticket.)
We reached katra at 11 am., which is 5 hours later the scheduled time.
Our plan for evening aarti was spoiled due to this nuisance as we couldn't reach on time for our aarti.
I am very much disappointed with the services and the behavior of the customer agents.
For a resolution, there is no controlling authority for these online services. They fraud as you are left with no other options at the runtime. I would request a refund due to the suffering we have faced.
