RTO Backend Office, Sarai Kale Khan — DL not issued due to 'approval of endorsements on dl' pending for more than 15 days

I applied for ' 'address change on driving license' via application no :[protected] on 01/03/2025 through web portal : https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice.
All the process was completed including document verification on the same date successfully.
However, for the past more than 15 days the application status is showing : 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' as 'PENDING' at RTO level.
Because of this PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 (SMART CARD) & DISPATCH OF THE DL is also PENDING.
Please help in getting the issue resolved and getting the DL issued at the earliest.
