Rto Bangalore (east), Kasturi Nagar (ka03) — DL not issued due to 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' pending for more than 90 days

I applied for 'Learning License Address Change via application no : [[protected]] through the web portal: https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice.

However, for the past more than 45 days the application status is showing: 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' as 'PENDING' at RTO level.

Because of this PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD ) & DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE is also PENDING.

Please help in getting the issue resolved and getting the DL issued at the earliest.
