Hi! My name is ashraf ali and i’ve given the test for the two wheeler driving license on 15th february 2019 in kolkata, behala rto and my application no. Is[protected]. I was successfully completed the driving test and the required formalities. As i’ve applied by myself so i had no idea when i suppose to get the “driving license” in my hand. So, i asked to one of the rto officer out there and he told me it will hardly takes 20-25 days and within that i’ll get my “dl” and i’ll be acknowledge by rto office through sms. But it’s been more than a month and i haven’t get any of the acknowledgement yet. I have mailed and contacted the customer support but haven’t get any acknowledgement of my mail and proper resolution yet. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me out to get the driving license as early as possible. As it’s been more than a month and still showing the status “ scrutiny (Document verification).
