Here to apply for change of address on my driving licence had got the 10.30-111.30 am slot at counter 4 I was directed to go to counter 1 for biometric.
Been standing at counter 1 for more than an hour waiting for server to be backup again.
First in queue standing since 9.50 am and now it's 11.00 am and server is still down.
It's just making mockery of our whole claim on being one of top most digitalized country, I guess nothing will change at our government offices.
