This complaint is regarding my problem which i am facing for rc transfer of my vehicle. I carried all the documents mentioned in rto dehradun website for rc transfer but when went to rto dehradun, counter number 9 on date 29 june 2020. The sitting official at counter rejected my application by saying that (Affidavit of both buyer and seller is required + 2 original copy of form 29 is must). My complaint is either rto government website is misleading us or that official. Our goal of maximum governance minimum government would be a vague dream. If we allow these loopholes to be exploited by the officials. Please take appropriate action so that common citizen have not to bear pain for what is his/ her right in democracy
