I Jayant Singhal have filed an application for issue of duplicate LMV driving license & change of address on 19 Jun 2025 that was full paid as a contactless service. (no need to visit RTO office - refer screenshot below). This was the portal on which application was file and fully approved on 19 Jul 2025 https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice/applViewStages.do with Application No: [protected]. It is stuck as Printing of DL in Form 7 since 19th July 2025 as the stage with no response or delivery of duplicate DL.
