Rto Gj 05 — Delay In Process of RC Book Renewal

I have submitted all my documents and application fee with a penalty, but my application number GJ240402V3430267 has not been updated in the system yet.

This single process required three physical visits just for the RC book renewal process, with no proper response from the RTO (GJ 05). The security guard is asking for money indirectly under the command of the RTO Inspector.

My RC renewal process began on 01 April, and today, as I write this complaint, it is 18 April 2024.

Please look into this matter.
