Dear Sir/Madam,
I posted a query online for getting NOC of my two wheeler with registration no. DL5SV3132 and in next few minutes I recieved text messages with details of Sanish Enterprises from sulekha. We talked over the phone and discussed all my queries with him. He asked me to charge Rs 2500 for my work. After a day or two I called him back then he asked me to pay Rs 3000. I reminded him our discussion but he made me convinced to pay Rs 3000.
I sent him a soft copy of RC to initiate the process. We both discussed to make half of the payment in advance and remaining half of Rs 1500 after work done.
After a week (Today, 28th June, 2021) he called me and asked to make the payment of remaining Rs 1500. I reminded him our discussion of make the half payment after work done. He said loudly "Kam karana hai ya nahi karana. Agar payment nahi karega to Kam nahi hoga." I said "Tameez me bat kar" and he disconnected the phone.
I called him back and he started shouting at me, I said "Half payment advance dene ki bat hui thi and remaining kam hone ke bad. Mujhe ek hath NOC do and Ek hath apna payment lo." He started abusing, my kids were taking online class so I couldn't reply of him that time. I started chatting (Attached screenshots). He called me about 15 times and abused. I am also afraid if he misuses hi hu original documents of my car. He is not returning my original documents.
Kindly take appropriate action against this RTO Agent and help me in getting original documents of my vehicle.
