Sir, This is to inform you that i had purchased vehicle number PB10CE3102 on 23.02.2022. I had immediately paid the money for documents transfer & renewal of the same on day but due to election results tge process was delayed by department. And till now it is been delayed. I had routinely gone for this to jalandhar rto office and requested the department person chair to complete the process fast as it was very risky to drive vehicle without papers. But till now it is not done. I request to please do this immediately because i am fed up with this all .
