Rto Madhya Pradesh — LL is in approval pending state for 5 months

I am having a DL with MCWG class and applied for LL to add LMV in my DL. I applied for LL for same in jan 2026. It is not around 5 months, and I am still waiting from approval for my LL. It is stuck at stage "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY" since then.
