My query here is that i have some issue related to my vehicle tax which i have completely filled. I am going through unwanted harrassment by their staff. Their reply is that our system are not updated yet. So my query here can i go against them in consumer forum. Do rto distt. Mohali state punjab come under consumer forum. If not please give me info about the right channel to file a consumer complaint against them. Because everytime for different thing i have to suffer.
