A learner licences NO UP/21/0016862/2019 was issued by Moradabad RTO which was expired during the lockdown period and could not issued DL. There is option on sarathi.parivahan.gov.in that we can apply for renewal of expired learner licence with deposit of some amount of fee. I have deposited the same and applied for renewal since long back but there is still my application in pending stage. Was this information helpful? |
